Processing & Shipping Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5-8 business days from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated at the time of checkout. Processing time includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging, and does not include transit time.
Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping Estimates
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available). Delivery times vary based on your location, shipping method selected, and carrier delays, and are estimates only. Loudie does not guarantee delivery dates.
Delays
Shipping and delivery delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to carrier delays, customs processing, weather events, supply chain disruptions, or high order volume. Loudie is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our reasonable control.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Loudie is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss for items purchased from Loudie pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier, except as otherwise required by applicable law.
