When will my order ship?

Each Loudie piece is made and packaged with care. Orders typically ship within 5–7 business days. You’ll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on the way.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery, as long as the piece is unworn and in original condition. Just email us at loudieexchange@gmail.com to get started.

What if something arrives damaged?

We’ve got you. Reach out within 5 days of receiving your order and we’ll make it right.

Can I wear Loudie jewelry every day?

Absolutely, our pieces are made to live in. To keep them looking their best, avoid water, lotions, and perfumes when possible, and store them in a soft pouch or box.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet, but we're working on it! For now, we ship within the U.S.

Should I leave special delivery instructions?

Yes, if you have any special delivery notes or requests (such as gate codes or preferred drop-off instructions), please include them in the Order special instructions section in your cart.
